岩田隼之介。1988年愛知県生まれ。映画監督として郊外を舞台に「生活と仕事」をテーマに物語映画を作る。街と人の変化をドキュメンタリーとフィクションで構成した長編映画「Switchback」(2022)などがある。監督作品は国内外の映画祭で受賞・ 上映している。映像作家としてアートドキュメンタリーやミュージックビデオなどジャンルをまたいだ精力的な制作活動を続けている。猫派。

Born 1988 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As a film director, he makes narrative films on the theme of ‘life and work’ in the suburbs. His works include Switchback (2022), a feature film comprising documentary and fiction about the changes in towns and people. His films have won awards and been screened at national and international film festivals. As a filmmaker, he continues to work energetically across genres, including art documentaries and music videos. Cat person.
